Tracked & Direct from Vendor Delivery

We do our very best to ensure all orders are delivered in a timely manner. Orders fulfilled from our stores typically ship within 1–3 business days. Orders shipped directly from the manufacturer/vendor may take longer to process and ship, depending on vendor timelines. In those cases, shipping details will be included in your confirmation email, and we will provide updates as soon as your order has left the vendor’s facility.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically by UPS Ground service, and most packages are delivered within 2–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary for vendor-direct orders depending on the manufacturer’s shipping schedule.

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS)

If you’d like to receive your items even faster, you’re welcome to pick up your order in-store at no additional cost. Orders placed for in-store pickup are usually ready within 1 business day, subject to store hours and item availability. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID at the time of pickup.
