Refund policy

  • Final Sale: Discounted items, jewelry, accessories, and intimate apparel are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Special & Trunk Show Orders: May be exchanged for a replacement item or returned for store credit within 10 days of receipt.

  • Regular Price Merchandise: May be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange, refund, or store credit. Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receipt.


How to Initiate a Return Online

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Select the order you wish to return.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to request authorization and generate your return label.

A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This policy is displayed consistently during the return process.

You may also return eligible items at any Just Perfect Collection store during regular business hours:
