Special & Trunk Show Orders: May be exchanged for a replacement item or returned for store credit within 10 days of receipt.

Regular Price Merchandise: May be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange, refund, or store credit. Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receipt.
How to Initiate a Return Online

Follow the on-screen instructions to request authorization and generate your return label.
A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This policy is displayed consistently during the return process.
